  Comfortable room and pleasant staff. Everything needed seemed to be in the room including microwave oven, kettle, toaster, bowls, plates, cuttlèry and cups. Wifi worked well. The place also has a small pool for summer.

  The presentation of the room was impeccable and all the details were covered. We'd been on the road for a while, so the wifi was greatly appreciated for catching up on work and planning our trip, and it was nice to settle down in front of the big tv with tea and biscuits! The room was quiet and the bed was excellent.

  Hosts Vicki & Bruce were absolutely fantastic. Bruce & Vicki are warm, friendly and welcoming people. We stayed for 4 nights and really did not want to leave. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the beds have white covers giving the room a fresh and light feeling...........so much better than the usual floral covers one finds everywhere. The bathroom is a good size, no squeezing past the toilet, something I really hate. Needless to say the room was spotless and well laid out....bypass Glen Innes and go straight to Inverell and Cousins Motel . Thank you Vicki & Bruce from Rosenne & Margaret.

  I called and booked directly and this gave me the chance to have a good chat with Vicki, so I already knew I was going to get great service and when I arrived at the motel I felt like I was meeting a friend.

  Staying at Cousins Motor Inn added a special element to our visit to Inverell, the large comfortable well appointed room suited our needs perfectly. An easy walk to the town centre allowed us to explore many of the heritage buildings and parks which add to the charm of city. We ordered our dinner from the room service menu and what a treat. Tender melt in the mouth lamb shanks and stuffed chicken breast both accompanied by generous serves of fresh vegetables. Yum. Well done....great service, friendly staff, the total accommodation package thankyou.

  great except the hidden electric blankets fried me all night :(
